Seattle Totems Jerseys

Totems jerseys are extremely tough to find – over the past five years or so I’ve seen about four or five of them sold at auction.  I’ve been fortunate enough to obtain one of each of the three styles worn by the team during its 17 seasons in the WHL using that name.  Many of these ended up being handed down to various amateur and youth leagues for their use, and photos can also be found of Totems players wearing older style uniforms as practice jerseys.  As a result they are often found missing some or all of the lettering and numbers.  As an example, the Gordie Sinclair jersey below had the sleeves cut off by the junior leaguer who received it.

The 1963-66 style may be the more difficult of the three to find (I’ve only seen one), but this is likely the result of it only being in use for three seasons.
